101+ Uses of TALON Grip Material

  • I have some very good mechanical pencils but the grip on them is chrome and very slick. That made it difficult to use. I covered the grips in Talon and now they are a real pleasure to use. It was pretty tricky since the grip area has three different tapered areas. But it worked like a charm.
Also my wife had a lot of trouble gripping her new Apple pencil which is very slick. It is now wrapped in Talon and she’s one happy camper.

  • Got the grip panel and now the hunting knife, am laying out the pattern for use on a Cold Steel Drop Forged Hunter. Moss over black will lighten up the look and there’s enough to do it twice. A small scrap on the sheath will color coordinate it breaking up that black.

Unlike paracord It will rinse and wipe clean in the field, can’t say paracord would be a good choice in bear country.

I’ve got a 90’s Tekna dive knife that was extensively scarred up in use, but this would be a lot easier to apply over it than hours of sanding and refinishing.
